Just a quick update on my collaborative
project for my final year. Here are the proxy models for all the stages of the
creature for the animator to begin rigging. For those of you who do not know
what a proxy model is, it is just a very low poly mesh some times just primitive
shapes so the animator can build the rig and skin the model. The only important
thing with proxy models is where the edge loops are for the joints like legs
and arms. Then in the future the animator can swap the proxy for a final higher
detailed model that is ready for the game engine.
